During our stay, we found the location to be very convenient for visiting nearby attractions like the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. I loved my stay at this hotel because it was super clean and the staff were so friendly, making it easy to relax after exploring the nearby Carolyn Ludwig Mugrage Park, just a short 500 meters away, and the Medina Antique Mall, only a few steps away, which was perfect for my weekend adventures in the city.

Excellent overall stay with modern amenities.

Check-in was super painless, even late at night. The pool area was clean. Room had a weird urine smell upon arrival. Breakfast had good options, but some items were hard.

The Holiday Inn Express in Medina offered a clean and up-to-date room. Check-in at 11:30 pm was smooth. I appreciated the huge TV and excellent bathroom lighting. Breakfast stood out with great options, particularly the Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls. However, I was disappointed when I discovered the pool was closed for maintenance, ruining my plans to swim. Noise from the hallway made it a bit noisy at times, especially near the elevators. It would be better if they minimized background music in public areas. Overall, a solid stay with some room for improvement in amenities and noise control.

The Holiday Inn Express offered an exceptionally clean, modern room with useful ergonomic workspaces and a comfortable bed. The lobby exuded a fresh ambiance, and the staff provided warm and professional service. I appreciated the availability of meeting space and the nearby pool to unwind after a long workday. The breakfast options were well-rounded and satisfying.
